Ed Davenport
President/Vice President of Operations
In May of 1993, Ed Davenport launched his company with four guiding principles:

• Control of processes, costs, and growth
• Employee satisfaction
• Realizing a fair profit
Ed’s construction experience spans more than 30 years. Ed Davenport guides his company toward total customer satisfaction while empowering his staff to share in his success.

Jon Davenport
Vice President/Controller
Jon brings proven construction experience to his position, having grown up in the industry and worked many years in the yard and as a mason tender, followed by five years as an estimator. Jon is a graduate of Alma College with an MBA from Michigan State University.

Kyle Lochonic
Project Manager
Kyle is a second-generation bricklayer and has worked in the construction industry for more than 30 years. He began his career as a laborer, later becoming a bricklayer, bricklayer foreman, and estimator. As a project manager, he has distinguished himself as being remarkably creative and resourceful.

Mike Piazza
Project Manager
A third-generation bricklayer, Mike started out as a mason tender and quickly expanded his horizons to become a project manager. He has experienced many different types of masonry construction ranging from residential to all types of commercial/industrial, with historic recreation being his favorite. He brings excellent management techniques to the Davenport team.

Greig Carnevale
Estimating Manager
Greig is a graduate of the Construction Management Program at Ferris State University. His high-energy, hard-working style made him an easy choice to hire after graduation. He is well known for and takes great pride in the accuracy of his work. He brings a “whatever it takes to get the job done” attitude with him every day.

Brian Pixley
Estimator/Restoration
Brian has worked in the construction industry as an estimator for over 10 years. During his career he has successfully estimated masonry restoration, waterproofing systems, caulking, and new unit masonry. Brian is always ready for a new challenge and will go the extra mile to get the job done.

Curt Rademacher
Yard Manager
An organizational genius, Curt’s ability to map out strategies has transcended his responsibilities as Yard Manager to stimulate growth among our entire management team in the area of planning. His new vendor network affords Davenport the comfort of knowing we are procuring what we need in products and services – at the right price, and in a timely fashion.

Frank Huber
Office Manager / Payroll
Frank came to Davenport with an array of skills ranging from computer support, web design, executive assistance, and extensive office skills. He has brought a lot of organization to the company as well as ideas on how to streamline a few processes.
