| Location: Ann Arbor, MI Owner: University of Michigan Architect: Intregrated Design Solutions Masonry Contract: $.8 million Year Completed: 2006 Description: This maintenance project for the University of Michigan consisted of 35,00 lineal feet of removal and replacement of joint sealants, 150,000 square foot of power washing and coating, and 2,000 lineal feet of crack repair. This was done while the hospital was in full operation without any disturbance to the facility. |
